All deliveries with-in the town of Windsor, (3 mile radius of Windsor) have a $2.00 delivery fee. We do ship us mail and the fee will be processed at the check out. There is a $2.00 fee for the thermal bags regular customers may return the bag and use over and over again.
All product delivered outside the Windsor or to a address where no one is home at the time of delivery .Will be packed in thermal bags which will keep your product cold during shipping and, or delivery. We strongly suggest that you place a animal proof container such as a cooler for us to place your order in. We are not be held responsible if such a container is not provided.
Payment is to be payed at the time of delivery or before shipped. Delivery payments may be paid by cash, check, at time of delivery. Orders may be paid by Paypal. How this works is you place your order and we will sent you a invoice the paypal link on it. Just click the link and follow the directions. Paypal is a secure payment site so please feel secure when using it.

ANY CHECK THAT IS RETURNED WILL BE CHARGED $35.00 FEE EACH TIME IT IS RETURNED. THIS IS TO COVER THE FREE GRANNY'S BANK CHARGES. SHE HOPES THIS NEVER HAPPENS BUT IF GRANNY HAS TO FILE A REPORT WITH THE POLICE OR COURT THERE WILL BE A $50.00 FEE FOR GRANNY'S TIME PLUS ANY COURT COST AND EXPENSE.
A returned check can get out of control and becomes very expensive quickly, so please think twice before writing that check. If you have a problem and need Granny to hold the check, please let her know or talk to her about arrangements please. Granny can be understanding and assures you she will attempt to work with you.
